Woah! At first I thought I was looking at one of those "climate change" charts!!
Well, I suppose it is a "climate change" of sorts -- isn't it?
I hope the Obama's rates go down, down, down. After seeing the character of this president I am now beginning to wonder if he will even be in office long enough to complete one term. People are finally seeing his agenda and it is NOT good for the U.S.A. He and his cloistered group of "leaders" should all be voted out of office at the nearest opportunity.
