I think the fellow is going to have some trouble getting re-elected. (He'll console himself with the idea that he was just too smart for his constituents.)
And "global warming is real" -- that was my biggest laugh! Here in the Nation's capital loving the coolest summer I ever remember! And by "cool" -- I don't mean "hip" either!
Mr. Bishop is another politiian that just doesn't get what his constituents desire and are trying to get across to the Obama Administration and also Congress. Rightly so, he should be booed off the stage.
