The article compares Obama's troubles with Bill Clinton's troubles in 1994. There's a big difference, though. Clinton was a pragmatist who had no problem moving right if he had to do it to save his skin. Obama is an ideologue and moving right isn't in his vocabulary. He not only doesn't want to do it, he doesn't know how to do it.Saving the Obama Presidency
Obama needs to move to the right.
My guess is he'll ride his leftist ideology all the way to a one-term presidency.

Although one term of BO will be difficult, don't know if I could endure two terms with this critter.
Are you aware of Jack Cashill's theory that Bill Ayers is the author of "Dreams of My Father"? It's a very interesting analysis that Cashill makes. You can read it here: http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/who_wrote_dreams_from_my_fathe_1.html
If true, it might explain some of Obama's extremism. Overthrowing the government was the Weathermen's dream, as Ayers admits early in his book "Fugitive Days," the book that Cashill believes demonstrates Ayers's authorship of Obama's book. Ayers's book "Fugitive Days" was published in 2001. "Dreams" was published in 2004.
