Tax Hikes Telegraphed by Turbo Tax Timmy

We know that all of Barack Obama's promises come with an expiration date, so this should come as no surprise:
To get the economy back on track, will President Barack Obama have to break his pledge not to raise taxes on 95 percent of Americans? In a “This Week” exclusive, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner told me, "We’re going to have to do what’s necessary.”

Geithner was clear that he believes a key component of economic recovery is deficit reduction. When I gave him several opportunities to rule out a middle class tax hike, he wouldn’t do it.

“We have to bring these deficits down very dramatically,” Geithner told me. “And that’s going to require some very hard choices.”

“We will not get this economy back on track, recovery will be not strong and sustained, unless we convince the American people that we are going to have the will to bring these deficits down once recovery is firmly established,” he said.
I don't recall the American people being consulted much on whether those deficits should be created in the first place, but now we have to have the "will" to bring them down. The best way to bring down the deficits is to replace those members of Congress who voted for them.

"He won," remember?

And the American people lost.

We really must get our revenge!

Oh, I can hardly wait! For the mid-terms elections!!

Watch out senior citizens!!

Here comes higher taxes on your already deflated 401k. These liberals are liars, no other way to say it, and we need term limits now, and fresh new blood in Congress to live within those limits.

Obama and his immediate circle of Washington crooks are all people who speak with forked tongues. Obama has made a regular practice of going back on his word, call it lying or whatever, he has not only not spoken the truth, he doesn't really know what truth is and furthermore, I don't think he really cares.
