Health Care Question of the Day

Posed to Nancy Pelosi by a CNSNews reporter:
CNSNews.com: “Madam Speaker, where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?”

Pelosi: “Are you serious? Are you serious?”

CNSNews.com: “Yes, yes I am.”

Pelosi then shook her head before taking a question from another reporter.
I've heard others compare this mandate to the mandates in several states that drivers buy auto insurance. However, there is a difference. You have the option not to drive. People who don't have cars or driver licenses aren't required to buy auto insurance.

Obamacare will require you to purchase insurance or be covered by another plan. I'm not at all convinced that such a mandate is constitutional.

Clown Pelosi just doesn't get the fact that the majority of Americans are AGAINST the Health Care Junk they are trying to force down the throats of our citizens!
We ARE serious, we DON'T like your proposed health plan one bit and why doesn't Clown Pelosi answer the question as posed to her by the news media.
