Lottery Quote of the Day

From Rush Limbaugh's show today:

Most conservatives dislike state lotteries on moral grounds. I like state lotteries because I feel it's the one way we can get low income people to pay taxes.

There's a lot of truth in that. And don't forget cigarette and alcohol taxes. All are paid disproportionally by lower income people. If they won't pay income tax I guess this is as good as anything.
