A Thank You for President Bush From an Unexpected Source
I've expressed my appreciation for the former president on many occasions, but here's one I can't say I ever expected to read. Rather than try and excerpt it or explain it, I'll just let you go to the link.

From homosexual Chicagoans? This reflective retake on the George W. Bush Presidency blows me away.
Long, long overdue. Thank God their willingness to be personally appreciative of the service both of the Bushes gave to the United States has finally risen to the surface.
The writer is correct. . . The current POTUS would have, after September 11, 2001, apologized to the world about America, and not taken that bullhorn at the site of Ground Zero. The writer admits this. How utterly refreshing to see this from their vantage point. Perhaps there is hope for the world, eh? (wink)
I read the link from another blog this morning. I think President Bush's legacy will grant him the honor he deserves. I am glad these guys finally opened their eyes as to what our current President is doing.
God bless these folks for their honesty. A sign of things to come, I think.
