Up to 4 inches of snow in the foothills coming, a light dusting in SacramentoI checked the forecast for Rohnert Park where my daughter is in college. They could also get snow tomorrow morning. My wife is in San Francisco where it's supposed to be 46 and raining tomorrow. I'm supposed to be up there later this week, so I better pack the warm clothes.
