Next Week You'll Be Named a Public Danger

ClimateGate has proven the concept of man-made global warming to be a fraud, but that's not stopping the environwackos from declaring the air we exhale to be a danger to the environment.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will early next week, possibly as soon as Monday, officially declare carbon dioxide a public danger, a trigger that could mean regulation for emitters across the economy, according to several people close to the matter.
As a carbon dioxide emitter, will this new declaration mean that the government can regulate my activities or charge me taxes based on my lung capacity?

What absolute nonsense.

Carbon dioxide is fertilizer for plants. Without it the plants that give us oxygen will die. Studies have shown that as carbon dioxide levels increase, plant growth increases. Nature has an amazing way of balancing things out.
