France fears everyone inside U.N. HQ dead...That last one is what Janet Napolitano might call a "man-made disaster".
Before the earthquake Haiti was described by a news correspondent as "squalor on steroids" (or perhaps Detroit with more charm). I can't imagine what a mess the place must be now.
