Sen. Paul Kirk, the temporary seat warmer until after the special election, has already promised that he will vote for Obamacare even if the vote occurs after Scott Brown wins. I get the distinct feeling that Brown's certification will end up taking however long is required to push it past the Senate vote.

They'll keep changing the rules and moving the goalposts until they get what they want...or the political counter-pressure scares them to death.
