$54 Million for the Napa Valley Wine Train

Your Porkulus tax money at work. Check out this video report on the money being spent to upgrade the track and other facilities of the Napa Valley Wine Train, a very upscale tourist attraction in Northern California:Except for the fact that the wine would be wasted on me, I'd love to take that train ride someday. However, given what they charge for the trip I'm not sure we really need to throw $54 million in tax money at their infrastructure.
