From Joe Biden, who along with former Senator Barack Obama, voted against the surge in Iraq that led to the stabilization of that country:

I am very optimistic about -- about Iraq. I mean, this could be one of the great achievements of this administration.

And can someone tell me what the Obama administration has done in Iraq other than stay out of the way of our generals over there? They certainly didn't do anything to contribute to winning the war.
