“If it goes down, it’s gonna be a simple statement: the Democrats can’t govern. They came in with a majority promising health care and they came away with nothing.”The danger in this statement is that other Democrats may start equating the ability to govern with passing wildly unpopular laws, and if they buy that argument, Obamacare could pass. "Governing" and "passing legislation" are two different things and in this case are oxymorons.
