The Obama administration is expected to announce by Wednesday its updated plan for oil and natural gas drilling in U.S. waters, including whether to allow exploration for the first time along the U.S. East Coast.Of course, there's no guarantee that he'll allow American companies to do the drilling. The way he operates it could go to Venezuela or China.
The plan could pave the way for a significant new domestic source of energy, helping to reduce U.S. dependence on oil imports and boost supplies of natural gas used to displace coal in power plants as the country works to reduce emissions of climate-changing greenhouse gases.

Obama to Allow Offshore Drilling?
Wow, he may actually do something I agree with. There must be rip in the time/space continuum:

Why would I believe anything Obama says.
Show me oil coming out of a pipe, them maybe (just maybe) I'll believe.
If he tells me today's date, I'll want to see proof.
I'm with Larry. I heard on the news that Obama is saying he'll allow more offshore drilling in an attempt to pass his climate bill.
I much do you want to bet this promise to drill has an expiration date?
The only way he will agree to off shore drilling is if he controls the oil companies.
