I have not seen such nostalgia for Reagan as one sees now that his opposite is running the country. Reagan's ideas are in revival, and he's becoming one of the most influential modern figures -- posthumously!
It's the mark of a great man that we turn to his example even after he's gone. (And we need his ideas now more than ever.)
I was lucky to get to visit the Reagan library in California. If you are ever planning a trip to the Los Angeles area, I recommend visiting it. I would like to go back there one day. Plan on spending a full day there because there is a lot to see.
Rick Moore is a life-long conservative, pretty darn good bass singer, and long time political junkie. He's been posting his commentary at HolyCoast.com since September, 2004.

I love the Reagan calendars, too.
