EXIT polls put David Cameron on the brink of power last night after one of the most electric general elections in a generation.Looks like Obama will have to put together another collection of DVDs the new guy won't be able to play.
As voters turned out in their droves, the nation delivered its verdict on who runs Britain yesterday.
The TV broadcasters' estimate the moment the voting finished at 10pm still predicted a hung Parliament.
But it still gave The Tories just enough seats to govern.
Without any votes counted, the BBC, ITV and Sky News put the Conservatives on 305 seats in the Commons, 21 short of an overall majority.
Labour were on 255 and the Lib Dems on just 61.
The prediction spelled the end of 13 years of Labour, as millions of Brits looked to have deserted them, furious and betrayed.
Premier Gordon Brown's political career also looked over, with his resignation imminent.
His party have faced a desperate battle to avoid third place in the popular vote at the ballot box for the first time in 100 years.
UPDATE: Exit polls are looking a little fishy. Imagine my surprise. You can follow the actual results here.
