Overall the Callifornia Legislature
which is made up mostly of Democrats is the most inept bunch of politicians I have ever seen.
We need to get a gigantic broom and sweep them all out of office and start over with people who have no prior political experience and are not owned or controlled by those who believe in business as usual. Having a Balanced Budget would be a good starting point for those seeking these political offices.
