Kagan Predictably Liberal on First and Second Amendments

Liberal can find rights that don't exist in the Constitution, such as a right to abortion, but can't seem to recognize the rights that are specifically enumerated, such as the right to possess a firearm or the right to free speech.  These three headlines from Drudge show that Kagan is a predictable liberal:
Kagan 'Not Sympathetic' to Gun-Rights Argument...

On Second Amendment: Like Freedom of Speech Enjoys 'Strong But Not Unlimited Protection'...

KAGAN ARGUED FOR GOV'T 'REDISTRIBUTION OF SPEECH'...
I guess it's a good thing the Washington gun case has already been decided.  But there will be other cases in which the court can take away your gun rights, and Kagan indicates that she will support that.

And just what is "redistribution of speech"? That means simply that some people have too much freedom of speech and others aren't getting their fair share. This is the principle behind the Fairness Doctrine that would require radio stations to air programs from all points of view, even if the market doesn't want to hear them and won't support them. It was the suspension of the Fairness Doctrine in the 80's that paved the way for conservative talk radio, a format which has been spectacularly successful while liberal talk has failed nearly every time it's been tried.  Look for Kagan to push for new restrictions on speech.
