From Martha Coakley, Attorney General of Massachusetts most recently known for losing to Scott Brown in the race to replace Ted Kennedy, after being asked why so many illegal aliens show up in Massachusetts:

“Technically,” she replied, “it is not illegal to be illegal in Massachusetts.”

There must be something in the water up there.

Sounds like Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona has another good place to send her excess illegals...at least once San Francisco and Los Angeles are full.
