Thought For the Day

From....well, me:

Never before in the history of this country has a president taken office with such high hopes and expectations and delivered such dismal results.  Jimmy Carter certainly delivered poor results, but didn't take office with significantly high expectations.  Ronald Reagan entered office amidst great hope for his presidency...and delivered.

Barack Obama will go down in presidential history as having the greatest disparity between the initial enthusiasm for his presidency and the actual results of his administration's efforts.
