It's a Boy...and a Girl...Or Both!

Back in early May I had photos of an Allen's Hummingbird nest being built and later occupied on a small light in my backyard.  Well, since then the blessed event must have occurred and today I noticed the tiny heads of two chicks sticking up from the nest.  They're making a bit of a mess, but I'll let it go.

Next thing you know it's elementary school...high school, college and before you know it the nest is empty.
