Gibbs: We Can Only Win By Instilling Fear in the Voters

That's some spokesman you got there, Barry:

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said he believes the GOP could take over the House in the November elections.

Gibbs, speaking on NBC’s Meet the Press, said” there’s no doubt there are enough seats in play that could cause Republicans to gain control. There’s no doubt about that.”

Gibbs said the results would hinge on the ability of Democrats to inject fear of Republican control into the minds of voters and he offered a window into what the party would be offering on the campaign trail.

So, they can only hold Congress if they instill fear in the voters. I guess they can't win by running on their record of achievement. What does that tell you?
