A U.S. appeals court on Thursday rejected the Obama administration’s request to put on hold a ruling that lifted a temporary moratorium on deepwater drilling in the wake of the BP Plc oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.Obama says he'll issue a new ban. He just doesn't get it.
The ruling is a setback for the White House which had sought to suspend deepwater drilling of new wells for six months while it investigated the cause of the April 20 explosion aboard the Transocean Ltd. rig and adopt new stricter safety regulations.
…The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, based in New Orleans, ruled about 90 minutes after hearing arguments over the administration’s request to put on hold a lower court ruling that lifted the six-month moratorium.

One court after another is calling Obama's offshore drilling ban ...well, basically stupid:

Agreed. As a matter of fact, before I clicked over to comment my thoughts were..."oh, he gets it alright". The Current President is about destroying the USA, plain and simple. Anyone who can't see that yet is not only lacking vision, they are in denial, in fact a dangerous state of denial.
It is time for everyone to face facts. The current President is an enemy to the USA, and his administration amounts to a political coup overthrow of the Constitutional Republic of The United Stated of America. Yes, really.
How this guy (Obama) is able to get away with all of his presidential order's is beyond belief. He should be impeached, and if that doesn't work he should be forced to walk the plank. He is NO GOOD for the U.S.A.
