MOVE OVER, OBAMA: Britain Plans to Decentralize National Health Care...The Health Care system in Britain has been fraught with all kinds of problems, from neglect to awful care to ridiculous delays for service to out-of-control costs. You'd think we'd learn from their example not to try the same thing here, but no, we've got Obamacare which is headed in exactly the same direction.
