Smartest President ever (and not a lick of common sense). Does he even know how to use an umbrella?
And why does he feel compelled to wear a tie on vacation? Wouldn't a collared shirt, and a suit coat (if necessary) suffice? It's not like he's meeting with anyone. Even in your previous post about bicycling, he is dressed for the press, not to ride a bike.
It must be really hard to be the smartest person ever.
