It's only six stories tall
but that's tall enough:
A man died hours after he was found unresponsive lying on the ground near a six-story parking structure at Disneyland, police said.
About 8:45 p.m. Sunday, a Disneyland security guard found an injured man lying on the ground near the southwest corner of the Mickey & Friends parking structure near Walnut Street and Magic Way, said Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez.
The six-story Mickey and Friends parking structure, shown here, serves the Disneyland Resort. An injured man, who later died, was found near the parking structure Sunday night.
The man was unresponsive. He was taken to a hospital where he died at 1:30 a.m. Monday, Martinez said.
The man, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, did not have identification on him, but he had a suicide note, Martinez said.
The Disney Blog provides some background on Disneyland suicides that I didn't know:
This is not a story that Disneyland likes to have told, but back in the late 80s and early 90s when Japan was enduring a long economic collapse, there were multiple occasions where troubled businessmen from Japan would book a trip to Disneyland, check into an upper story of the Disneyland hotel and then throw themselves out the window to the ground below. A couple particularly gruesome deaths were discovered by the hotel’s security guards in the early morning hours and they usually did a pretty good job of making sure guest impact was minimized.
