Did Russ Feingold Just Announce a Primary Challenge to Obama?

In all the fuss going on last night I didn't really pay attention to Sen. Russ Feingold's concession speech.  Maybe I should have because it ended like this:

I hope, I hope and I intend to continue to work with all of you in the future as much as possible.

So, it's on to the next fight. It's on to the next battle. It's on to 2012. And, and it is on to our next adventure. Forward!

What's he got planned for 2012? The other Wisconsin Senator is a Democrat so he won't be challenging him and as far as I know he's not retiring. Wisconsin just elected a new governor so that's not an option.

I have to conclude that Feingold is considering a challenge to Obama.  Depending on what Hillary decides to do that could be pretty entertaining.
