MSNBC Finds That Slot They Needed for Alan Grayson

When the detestable Rep. Alan Grayson was defeated by 18 points on Election Day many of us assumed his next job would be as an MSNBC host, however we couldn't figure out where they'd fit him in.  Looks like there's an opening:
Keith Olbermann has been suspended indefinitely from hosting his MSNBC show after it was revealed that he recently contributed money to three Democratic campaigns.

“I became aware of Keith’s political contributions late last night,” MSNBC president Phil Griffin said. “Mindful of NBC News policy and standards, I have suspended him indefinitely without pay.”

It was reported Friday that Olbermann donated Monday to the Democratic campaigns of Arizona Rep. Raul Grijalva and Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, as well as Kentucky Senate hopeful Jack Conway.
Some people are suggesting MSNBC was looking for an opportunity to fire Olbermann much as NPR was looking for a chance to fire Juan Williams. My guess is Olbermann will probably be back after he's been appropriately chastened.

I'm not sure that Olby, like The Won, can be chastened. Their world-view cannot accept it.
