Entertaining afternoon so far in Northern California. It's in the mid-40's with brisk winds, heavy rain, hail, and occasional lightning. Quite a bit different from what we left yesterday in Palm Springs. Glad we're not driving home until Monday.
We're camped out in my daughter's apartment until her concert tonight. Beats fighting the freeway to get back to our hotel.
We did see something that made me feel like I was back home - a slow speed chase. The Rohnert Park cops were chasing a middle-aged woman in an SUV at about 30 mph on the streets around town. I'm not sure how that all ended. The woman appeared to be on her phone when she went by us.
