Merry Christmas from the entire HolyCoast.com staff (me). I hope this is a wonderful day for you and you get to spend it with those you love (or have to love because you're related).
Since we became a family of four in 1991 we've never been apart on Christmas day...until today. My daughter is in Northern California where we're headed tomorrow, but as we open presents with the family she won't be sitting there with us. Instead, I'll have the laptop set up with her on Skype and she'll be the floating head in the corner watching along. We'll have our Christmas with her when we get up north.
I'll be taking a few days off during the trip. I've decided to leave the laptop at home and any posting will come from the smart phone, though there probably won't be much of that. Maybe a picture or two of things we're doing up there. Regular blogging will pick up again on the 30th.
Have a great holiday!
