But on Friday, a sophomore at the University of Colorado, Boulder, found a symbolic way to strike back.He could have chosen a college in his own state and probably paid less than half as much tuition.
The student, Nic Ramos, paid his entire spring semester tuition — all $14,309.51 of it — using dollar bills, a 50-cent piece and a penny.
Or, he could have snuck into the country illegally and gotten the in-state rate. And now he has a target on his back. He better stay on the good side of his profs.
Either way, if he thinks he's paying too much tuition it's his own fault.

Didn't you know??? Education should be free, like health care.
