Aircraft Photo of the Day

In 2005 I made a couple of trips to Washington and while there took photos of the Enola Gay, the B-29 which dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, thus hastening the end of a war which threatened to drag on for several more years.  Here's my photo of the famous bomber:

My shot, however, is not the picture of the day. The picture of the day comes from David Palermo who was able to capture an amazing 360 degree view of the cockpit which you can find here. By clicking on the photo and moving your mouse you can navigate around the photo and see all the controls and things that made up the cockpit area. Very cool.
