Toward the end of the town hall meeting Saturday morning, one of the shooting victims, J. Eric Fuller, took exception to comments by two of the speakers: Ariz. state Rep. Terri Proud, a Dist. 26 Republican, and Tucson Tea Party spokesman Trent Humphries.I have sympathy for the guy since he's had to go through such a traumatic event, but he's been spouting off all week about the Tea Party, Sarah Palin, and all kinds of things that have since been proven to be unrelated to the shooting. If anyone's rhetoric is going to get someone hurt, it's his.
According to sheriff's deputies at the scene, Fuller took a photo of Humphries and said, "You're Dead."
Deputies immediately escorted Fuller from the room.
Pima County Sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan said later Saturday that Fuller has been charged with threats and intimidation and he also will be charged with disorderly conduct.

He's been reading the old newspapers, given that he's misinformed. Badly misinformed.
You know, persons who consider themselves political progressives or liberal democrats don't all read the "news" as though it's their Gospel; And, some of them are even self-reflective (if not critical) of their cohort. I personally don't go looking for such labels as above, but, sometimes they find me.
I think you all who have commented are missing the point. This man, while legally having trespassed against his representative and fellow citizenry, is probably just wayward on his path to healing. Hopefully, his hospital stay will assist him.
