Yesterday my headline said "
Rahm Emanual Tossed of Chicago Mayoral Ballot...Temporarily". I explained it this way:
I say temporarily because I fully expect the Illinois Supreme Court to bend over and grab the ankles when the Chicago machine comes calling.

here you go:
The Illinois Supreme Court has just issued a stay of the appeals court's order knocking Rahm Emanuel off the ballot and directing the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners to restore his name to the ballot.
This is a strong indication that the court will accept the case and, perhaps, of which way the justices are leaning.
They're leaning, alright, all the way down to grab the ankles.

Now the election on the 22nd will be even more interesting! The Chicago news was on fire talking about the Supremes quick response.
