Apparently Las Vegas has decided the only way to get out of their slump is to get Chinese money, because the whole town is decorated for Chinese New Year, the year of the rabbit. I've never seen such a unified decorating theme in Vegas other than at Christmas.
Our room rate was the lowest we've ever paid on The Strip so I know the town is way off the numbers they used to bring in.
