ESPN recently aired a documentary on the Michigan State "Fab Five" that was produced by Jalen Rose, one of the member of that team. In the film Rose asserts that the black players who played for rival Duke were essentially Uncle Toms, and the Duke coach didn't recruit players like Rose and his teammates because of racism. He also credits his team with racial achievements that simply weren't true.
Jason Whitlock of Fox Sports rips Rose a new one and totally decimates his theories in a great piece you'll find here. Too long to excerpt and do it justice - read it all.
