It now appears the Fleebaggers are preparing to stay out for the foreseeable future, maybe even several months. Based on that, Walker should instruct the legislature to split the budget repair bill, put the collective bargaining reforms in a separate bill which will not be subject to the quorum requirements of fiscal measures, and pass it while the Fleebaggers are still out of town. It won't make the anti-Walker forces any more angry than they already are, and it will remove any reason for the Fleebaggers to stay out of town.

Wisconsin happenings are a national test case for future political moves. The water is being tested for more to come from Republican Governors of other states. If the citizens accept this situation, then as Boehner spoke, "So be it!"
Well, the unions said this is what he'd do if he got elected, and by golly, he got elected.
