UN Authorizes Military Action in Libya

Too little, too late.  This might have made sense a month ago, but at this point it's a recipe for disaster.  The U.S. should sit this one out and let the Brits and French handle it.

And UN Forces will attack/enforce immediately, assuming there ARE forces, and that somebody gives specific orders.

Don't nobody hold yer breath.

The #1 goal of the loyalist forces is to shoot down and capture a pilot enforcing the no-fly zone. As soon as they do, they have tons of leverage to make the UN back off so Gadhafi can finish the job.

I'm not sure what the state-of-the-art is of our drone capability; i.e. do we have any that can take on a Libyan/Syrian Mig?
