Another big aftershock to the 9.0 Japan earthquake hit in the last few minutes. A 6.5' tsunami wave is expected to hit some of the same areas devastated by the previous event.
An aftershock of this size is not unexpected given the size of the main shock. In fact, an aftershock of as much as 8.0 would be typical for this size quake.
Reports are buildings in Tokyo shook for about a minute.
