Conservative Policies in 12 Tweets

Kurt Schlichter, who I follow on Twitter, was on roll yesterday with what he called his "10 Tweet Plan".  It actually ran 12 tweets, but summed up conservative policies very nicely:

• Cut funding for all federal programs no specifically mentioned in the Constitution.
• Close the Depts of Ed, Labor, Commerce and Energy. Education is a state task; there's no federal role.
• Give Iran 48 hrs to allow us to eliminate their nuke program; otherwise, attack and destroy the regime.
• Support and help our allies; defeat our enemies. 
• Here's my health care plan: Everyone is responsible for paying for their own.
• Immigration - build a wall, deport illegals, loosen work visa rules, welcome new Americans who can contribute. 
• No counter-intuitive laws -- no giving money to illegals, for example. 
• End the acronym agencies -- no FCC, no FEC, no CPB, no NEA.
• Neither apologize nor bow to any foreigner -- enforce rule that if you harm an American, you die.
• When in doubt, leave it to the states to do...if they want to & in the manner their voters choose.
• Sell off Amtrak & the post office to whoever is dumb enough to but them.
• No green nothing! No public transport subsidies either -- instead, expand & improve highways.

Hard to argue with any of that. It's certainly a good starting point.
