Sounds like some of the people who work for the public school system: they're paid handsomely and do nothing.
Your tax dollars at work.
BTW, they want more money, for the children of course.
We don't have the money to pay them more to do nothing. Maybe we can just furlough them instead. They get more time with their families, and we don't have to pay them for getting nothing done.
It's a win-win.
