Looks Like the San Quentin Choir Is Going to Get a New Director

You just can't do this kind of stuff:
A 53-year-old choir director has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in lewd acts with a 15-year-old girl in San Bernardino County.

A sergeant spotted a vehicle in an alley in the 10200 block of Central Avenue around 9 a.m. Sunday and believed there was "inappropriate activity occuring" inside, a Montclair Police Department official told KTLA.

When the officer approached the vehicle, Mark Michaels was allegedly performing lewd acts with the teen, police said.

Michaels, a choir director at Bethany Baptist Church, was arrested.

It's believed the teen is a member of the church's choir.
I miss the good old days. When I was a teen the choir director ran off with the church organist, but he left the teen group alone.

What I find more shocking is that a church in Southern California still has a choir and (had, anyway) a choir director!
