Former U.S. U.N. Ambassador John Bolton calls Hillary "an afterthought at the White House" says she is "nearly irrelevant."

Probably true, but she could become relevant again real quick if she'd decide to challenge Obama for the Dem nomination.

And I think she'd win, too.
