He is demanding that the GOP produce a "serious" plan by tomorrow, but they did that weeks ago when they passed the Ryan Budget. The One is not impressed:
GOP's no-tax proposal 'doesn't seem like a serious plan to me'...Hold fast, GOP. Since you're going to get blamed anyway you might as well get what you want in the process.
