I mentioned last night that we were waiting outside the Las Vegas Hilton for their fireworks show to start, and at 9 pm we got our money's worth.
The show started on a neighboring golf course and the was joined by fireworks being fired off the west parking structure a very short distance from where we were standing. When that second group started it was pretty muck like they were shooting them right at us.
Big shells we're bursting directly over our heads with a deafening BOOM! I expected debris to fall on us but the wind carried it over the casino.
Great show, but a little closer than I think I want to be next time.
