“As I read the Constitution, the Congress writes the laws and you get to decide what you want to sign”While technically true, I have a bit of a problem with that because it basically takes Obama off the hook for coming up with any kind of plan to solve the problem. Historically presidents have not voted "present" as many times as Obama has on tough issues. Giving him an excuse to sit there and wait for someone else's plan is not good leadership.

No, but it represents the separation of powers (thank God). But not to worry...Obama's, or any other president's lack of leadership will come back to bite them on the butt come election time.
