Another Gunman at Virginia Tech?

Word is that Virginia Tech is once again locked down because of reports of a man with a gun on campus.  Hopefully it's nothing.  That campus was the scene of a terrible mass shooting in 2007.

While we hope for the best and that this is nothing more than some idiot with a paintball gun or something, there is a bigger point that Knifework makes on Twitter:

The possibility of a man with a gun can only terrify an entire campus because they've been disarmed and rendered helpless.

Very true.
