Gov. Bobby Jindal Endorses Rick Perry

Former Gov. and 1st GOP loser Pawlenty endorses Romney. Current Gov. and rising star Jindal endorses Perry. Game Perry.

The story:

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is backing Rick Perry for president, a major endorsement for the Texas governor as the campaign for the Republican nomination enters the crucial fall stretch of the primary calendar, a source tells CNN.

Perry wins that round. Bobby Jindal is a favorite of conservatives and a rising star in the party. That's going to mean more to conservatives than Pawlenty's endorsement of Romney.
