How Not To Design Your Skyscrapers

When you see this Korean design for residential skyscrapers, what thought comes to mind:
A lot of people are seeing something like this:
The designer is now backpeddling pretty hard and issued a statement:
“The Cloud was designed based on parameters such as sunlight, outside spaces, living quality for inhabitants and the city,” they wrote. “It was not our intention to create an image resembling the attacks, nor did we see the resemblance during the design process. We sincerely apologize to anyone whose feelings we have hurt, it was not our intention.”
I'm guessing they're going to build something else.

I bet they keep the design. No one in the international community cares what Americans think anymore.

Although if this gets enough publicity to generate a Don't Buy Korean movement, Kia and Hyundai will raise a big stink over there.
